All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through PayFast.

We may confirm COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, incomplete information, pricing errors or stock unavailability.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. These changes will not affect orders already confirmed, except where a pricing error is addressed under Section 6.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided, without affecting your rights regarding damaged, incorrect or missing items.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled under our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

You must report damaged, incorrect or missing items, or request a return, within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive the wrong product, please keep its seal intact and do not open or use it.

If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you confirm that it is genuine and does not contain anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to applicable law, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
