Evening Primrose Oil is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose plant. It naturally contains omega-6 fatty acids, including Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA).

Evening Primrose Oil supplements are commonly used to support women’s hormonal wellness, everyday comfort and healthy-looking skin. Evidence for treating specific health conditions remains limited, so it should not replace medical care.

Each Roce softgel contains 1,300 mg of Evening Primrose Oil. Each pack provides 30 once-daily softgels.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports general health.

Roce Evening Primrose Oil softgels provide nutritional support for hormonal balance, skin hydration and the body’s healthy inflammatory response. Individual results can vary.

Roce is supplied as a softgel capsule. The oil is enclosed inside the softgel, making it different from a conventional dry tablet.

Evening Primrose Oil provides GLA and other fatty acids that can support skin hydration and healthy-looking skin. However, research has not established Evening Primrose Oil as a treatment for eczema or other skin conditions. 

Evening Primrose Oil is sometimes used for cyclical breast discomfort, but evidence of benefit is limited, and research suggests it may not work better than a placebo. Persistent pain, a new lump, nipple discharge or other breast changes should be assessed by a doctor.

Evening Primrose Oil is promoted for menopause symptoms, including hot flashes, but there is currently insufficient evidence to confirm that it is effective. Speak with your doctor about appropriate menopause support. 

Do not start Roce during pregnancy, while trying to conceive or while breastfeeding without consulting your doctor. Available evidence about Evening Primrose Oil during pregnancy is inconclusive, and its long-term safety when used to encourage labour has not been established. 

Evening Primrose Oil is generally well tolerated, but some people may experience abdominal discomfort, nausea or diarrhoea. Stop use and consult your doctor if you develop an allergic reaction or persistent side effects.
