FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is Nozia?
Nozia is a women’s health powder supplement containing Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid and Ginger Extract. It is formulated to support relief from occasional nausea, digestive discomfort, energy metabolism and women’s nutritional needs.
Is Nozia a Folic Acid, Vitamin B6 or Vitamin B12 tablet?
No. Nozia is a powder sachet, not a tablet, pill or capsule. It combines all three B vitamins with Ginger Extract in one water-mixable daily serving.
What is Folic Acid used for?
Folic Acid is a supplemental form of folate, or vitamin B9. It supports new-cell formation, normal red-blood-cell production and healthy fetal development during early pregnancy.
What are the benefits of Folic Acid for women?
Folic Acid is particularly important before conception and during early pregnancy. Adequate intake helps reduce the risk of neural-tube defects while supporting maternal tissue growth and normal blood formation. CDC: About Folic Acid
What is the difference between folate, Folic Acid, folinic acid and methylfolate?
Folate is the general name for vitamin B9. Folic Acid is the form commonly used in supplements and fortified foods. Folinic acid and methylfolate are different forms of vitamin B9. Nozia contains Folic Acid, not folinic acid or methylfolate.
How much Folic Acid does Nozia contain?
Each Nozia sachet contains 200 mcg of Folic Acid.
Can Nozia replace a prenatal vitamin or pregnancy Folic Acid supplement?
Nozia should not automatically replace a prenatal vitamin. It provides 200 mcg of Folic Acid, while the CDC recommends 400 mcg daily for women capable of becoming pregnant. Your doctor should determine your complete prenatal requirements. CDC: Folic Acid Guidance
What is Pyridoxine or Vitamin B6?
Pyridoxine is a form of Vitamin B6. It supports energy metabolism, nervous-system function, haemoglobin formation and normal immune function. Each Nozia sachet contains 50 mg of Pyridoxine.
Is Folic Acid the same as Vitamin B6?
No. Folic Acid is vitamin B9, while Pyridoxine is vitamin B6. They perform different functions but work alongside Vitamin B12 in processes including energy metabolism and red-blood-cell formation.
Can Vitamin B6 help with morning sickness?
Vitamin B6 has been studied for nausea and vomiting during pregnancy and may help reduce symptoms in some women. Pregnant women should take Nozia only after consulting their doctor because each sachet contains 50 mg of Vitamin B6. NIH Vitamin B6 Fact Sheet
What are the benefits of Vitamin B12?
Vitamin B12 supports normal red-blood-cell formation, DNA production, energy metabolism and healthy nerve function. Each Nozia sachet contains 2.6 mcg of Vitamin B12. NIH Vitamin B12 Fact Sheet

Mix 1 sachet in a glass of water daily after breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving unless advised by your physician.
Can I take Nozia during pregnancy?

Can I combine Nozia with B6, B12, Folic Acid or B-complex supplements?
Do not combine Nozia with additional Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, B-complex or prenatal supplements without professional advice. Nozia already contains these nutrients, including 50 mg of Vitamin B6.
